Caribbean Recipes

If there's one cuisine I know, it's Caribbean recipes. A lifetime of making, developing, and testing these recipes– both as a chef and a daughter of the culture– means these dishes are going to hit every time.

If you’re missing the islands, try making my Caribbean Steamed Cabbage or Johnny Cakes. I'm giving you two versions of pernil: Jerk and Puerto Rican. Authentic Arroz con Gandules or Jamaican-inspired Rice and Peas are great sides to serve with them.

Ready to head to the other isles? My Mediterranean recipes will take you there.
