One-Pot

One-pot cooking isn't just about fewer dishes. Every ingredient adds to the same pot, so flavors build in layers, and the browned bits from searing become the backbone of the sauce.

Simmer a pot of Sancocho, braise Merlot Braised Beef Short Ribs, or cook Black Eyed Peas and Rice together for a complete meal. My Slow Cooker Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey are low effort, big flavor.

Want the slow cooker to do even more? See my Slow Cooker recipes.
